I need a web-based solution that will allow a user to login with permissions to create a profile that will contain a name, SQL code, database server name, database user, database password, day of week to execute (Sun,Mon,Tue,Wed,Thurs,Fri,Sat), time to execute (down to the minute), start date of execution, end date of execution (no end date is possible). The Windows-based part of the project will only be for sending the automated emails with Excel-based attachments containing the data output results of the SQL code executed. This should run as a service. I need this complete solution (Service, Database, web-based application for profile creations, installation documentation) ASAP.

What you have requested is very doable and I have built things like this in the past. However they have not been $30, they have been closer to $1000. There are off the shelf software solutions out there but most would be overkill and be in the $5000+ range. Thanks Shawn
