SportMarket / Pinnacle Sports bot

I am looking for an automated sotware that can place automatic bets at SportMarket / Pinnacle Sports. It would be optimal if it could be also placing bets @ SportMarket betting platform. Actually SportMarket would be preferred if possible. It needs to have following features: • Needs to be c# win forms application • Login into SportMarket / Pinnacle every X minutes • Check account balance and place a bet • Scan predefined leagues (aprox 30 leagues) • Check 1X2 market, if THE HIGHEST odds for (Home, Draw, Away, Favourite, Underdog are in predefied range (each league has different range and type of bet - one of mentioned options)) • If odd is 5% out of the range in last 15min and bet was not taken yet, notify user • Ability to set username and password for Sportmarket / Pinnacle in settings • Setting file in json and encripted, stored in install dir • Ability to set predefined stake • Ability to set predefined time before kick off, when program can start to bet, usually this will be one hour before KO • Ability to set predefined time every X minute program will check all leagues that are set, user will define league and additional options - league - date range between when bets can be taken (example from 20.8.207 - 25.12.2017) - what type of bets to take (1X2 market will be checked - user will be able to set values Home, Draw, Away, Favourite, Underdog) • Store bets in db - probably SQLite, marked them when game is over as win/lost • Store bets in db - probably SQLite • In main form there has to be displayed all today's taken bets and all bets that currently matches criteria +-5% for that day but time is not yet 1 hour before kick off and therefore bet is not taken yet.
