Python bot for discord

I have a bot that has been partially made and was semi functioning. the original dev has jumped ship from our community and I am now looking for someone new to help finish/polish the bot, currently it picks up when someone is streaming on twitch and moves them into a separate role, and moves them back when they stop streaming (well it use to work until today, i dont know why it has stopped working), it also has a semi working command add system, but it's rough and needs polishing, I would like to add a manual role assignment for users to use, so when they join to discord they can use a command like !Rank RankName to assign themselves to the rank, on the admin side i would like it so we can use !addrank RankName to create they ranks for users to manually add themselves to so we can avoid normal users having the ability to add themselves just any rank they wanted. I would also like a timer setup where i can setup timers to post at predefined interval in particular channels. and finally the ability to search youtube and play music in a voip channel. during this project i would like to see a easy to read how to setup the bot guide, a command list of all available commands, and if there is budget left potentially a graphical UI
