This project is to develop an application for a barcode reader (pocket pc) and a excel spreadsheet to reconcile collected from different barcode readers. The barcode reader will upload a masterlist. The barcode reader will collect the data. The collected data will be tranferred to an excel spreadsheet. The excel spreadsheet will be able to reconcile data from different readers. We will own 100% copyright and the full code source. More details will be provided after your bid.
