System Analysis and Design for tutorial service - repost

I am developing an access application and I need assistance in creating the data flow diagram level one and two and normalization to reflect how the proposed system will work. The system will operate as such A person requests to become a student Staff provides a registration form Person returns reg form Staff inputs student data Person is now a registered student Student requests a session (giving details of subject, time, location and staff will note whether it is considered scheduled or unscheduled (teacher may also be requested but is at the discretion of the company)) Staff creates a session (app will not allow a session to be created where 1. no teacher is available at that time, 2. the selected teacher has another session at that time 3. subject is not taught by teacher selected) Staff then notifies teacher Teacher attends session Student signs attendance Teacher submits attendance sheet Staff updates session status to complete, rescheduled, cancelled IF session status is set to complete, student record has the cost of the session added to their balance. Session cost is determined by location and the amount of notice given before the session (ie less than 48 hours notice is deemed unscheduled and will carry a higher cost) Staff prints invoice Student pays a balance Software subtracts paid amount from student balance Responsibilities for further jobs during database creation.
