Expert need Excel, VB, other Programming

Currently using basic program in VB & Excel but can be rewritten with other programming as long as reports can be read by others with no special software such as converting to pdf file. Existing program works well but need to rewrite for better usage. Only way to quote is by the hour but we're more interested in expertise and quality than price for continuing maintenance or changes or other [login to view URL] be well established as we are only looking for the best. Requires excellent basic math skills and logic. Must speak fluent English to communicate with Skype and email.
