Gamified Social Network

I'm trying to build a blogger social network based on gamification. We are done with the modelling part but if you want you can write it from the beginning if you only like to rely on your own code. I need a team who is especially good with big data. And we need a software that can be upgraded easily. There will be elements of blogging and advertising too, in this project. If you have a team who is capable of getting this job done please contact me. I need a team who believes they can write better code than Microsoft, Google and Facebook. I'm not kidding. I will can only describe the details after we sign a legal privacy agreement. I don't have a really big budget, but this product is already shown in the media a lot in my country and I believe in the success of it so much. Thanks.
