Content Manager for Personal Brand

At the Home Service Expert, our vision is to become the #1 source of inspiration and innovation for every home service leader in the world and show youngsters that the trades can be a great career choice. The man behind the brand is Tommy Mello, the CEO of A1 Garage Services, a company with over 700 employees in 19 estates and 30 markets. Tommy is also the author of an Amazon best-selling book in 7 categories, the host of the Home Service Expert podcast (top 0.1% podcast in the world), and an Inc Magazine columnist. We’re now building a media team to take his personal brand to new heights. This includes building a studio for the podcast, creating Youtube shows, and start documenting Tommy’s speaking gigs and lifestyle on Social Media. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - A creative visionary who can lead a media team and produce high-quality content on a consistent basis. - Someone who is very strong with content research, development, frameworking, and developing content calendars. - Someone who is capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and never let the ball drop. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Organize and prioritize projects - Lead and support creative team - Maintain an organized content library - Monitor and analize content performance - Create and keep content calendar updated - Stay up-to-date with SM and industry trends - Ensure content is consistent and aligned with the brand REQUIREMENTS: - Strong portfolio with tangible examples of content production - Proven Experience with project management, work sprints, and quick deadlines - World-class writing experience and communication skills
