Dear, i think i can be a biz partner here for the translation work from English to Korean and/or vice versa - as a native Korean who commands English quite in the fluent manner. Frankly speaking i am a little away from legal stuffs as i am basically technical as a software engineer or as a lead of device development team(s) for more than 20 years. The sample below is from contract law which is one of main subjects I am studying in Master curriculum: English: Specific performance is generally granted when money damages would not be an adequate remedy to protect the interest of the injured party. Specific performance compels the breaching party to perform the terms of the contract. By requiring the breaching party to performs the terms of the contract, specific performance order aims for the same goal as expectation damages, namely giving the aggrieved party the benifit of the contractual promise.
