Sorry to the Newbies but you must have Freelancer feedback to be considered. White Hat, Long term, Honest methods only. This will be a long term / lifetime partnership with the right individual or team. Partial list of my assets: Maybe most important to you is I am USA based and have the ability to do what you can not. I have: Adsence accounts. Clickbank account. Paypal accounts, both verified business accounts. Share-a-sale account. CJ account. Credit card account processor accounts. Youtube user account. Established profitable eCommerce stores. Many long tail search phrase URL's, minimum 60,000 searches each per month. I am moderately knowledgeable in SEO/SEM, dirt world and on-line marketing, html/php, Wordpress, retailing, affiliate marketing and more. This is not a get rich quick offer as you will see. I am looking for a comfortable income for myself and the same or better for you and/or your team. Yes, there will be trust involved. One important thing you should know about me is that honesty and loyalty mean more to me than dollar signs. Also, that I am willing to loose money to punish the dishonest and un-loyal. Please take note and remember that. We can start small, if you like, until trust is worked for and deserved. If the numbers below seem unreasonable this is not for you. I will make an initial investment of my limited skills and $1000.00 USD for promotion and such, none of which will be paid to you. You will invest your time, expertise and labor for 3 months before payouts start. You will see below that I set up the sliding scale so that you will be rewarded for your hard work with the possibility of making more money than I do. Our Partnership will be based on a sliding scale: First 2 months all moneys go back to promote / build business. Month 3: 50% of moneys stay in accounts as an economic cushion. Remaining 50% of month 3 moneys are split 50%/50%. After month 3: Every month, first $500 reinvested in business. After reinvestment the profit division will slide as follows: $1 - $1,500; 75% me - 25% you. $1,501 - $2,000; $499 reinvest in business (total now $999) $2001 - $7,000; 50%/50% $7,001 - $8,000; $999 reinvest in business (total now $1,998) $8,001 - $15,000; 25%/75% $15,001 - $17,000; $1,999 reinvest in business (total now $3,997) $17,001 - $25,000; 25%/75% $25,001 and up; 20% reinvestment, remaining 80% / split 25%/75% (you have worked hard and you deserve it.) All percentages reset at 24:00 hours of the last calender day of month. Monthly payouts will start in month 4 for both of us. If at anytime either party feels the need to part, the divison will go as follows: The first $1000 will be returned to me for my inital investment. If the account balance allows the next $1000 or whatever the balance is below $1000 will go to you. Any and all moneys over those payouts will be split 50%/50%. At the final payout all monetary and business claims and responsibilities of both parties will be and are final. This is what I offer.
