Adsense Website Creation

I need a professional and reliable Google Adsense website creator who is able to build a website that can generate at least $30 USD per day. Please only reply if you are able to make this happen, as payment will only be released once this income has been proven for at least 30 days!!! Your responsibilities will include writing the SEO optimized content and fully configuring and updating the website. Website should ideally be developed using Wordpress, however I am open to suggestions. SITE MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING: - Provide an overview plan before starting the project - Contain unique content with unique posts/articles for one year (1 article/week), meaning 52 articles but at least 35-40 articles that are not yet published - Must be original and SEO optimized with frequently used keywords - Articles must be in proper English and must be Copyscape clean - No auto-blogging! - SEO and marketing as needed and required - Must consistently generate at least $30 per day - CANNOT involve anything related to adult, pharmacy, violence, gambling, or anything that is not acceptable to the Adsense TOS. Again, the site MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TERMS OF SERVICE! - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing - Must contain related images to niche topic – use of royalty free images is highly desirable - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads - Unique organic traffic (NO bots, no systems or bought traffic) - Must be optimized for Google Adsense - Must have my Google analytics code and my AdSense code installed, so I can track statistics and revenue! - Please ensure that I shall be able to receive payment from adsense to my paypal account. - Finished website must be installed on my hosting. - You must be able to guarantee consistent income (over $30 USD per day) for at least 6 months. ALSO: - You must tell me how you plan on growing traffic to website (USING ONLY WHITE-HAT SEO techniques). - Show me the proof of income after 30 days of launching the website. Day by day statistics are to be provided (Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked). - Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created (that must not be your own) Payment will be made AFTER watching consistent income being generated in my AdSense account for 30 days (meaning that the site must meet or exceed the required income of minimum $30 USD per day for 30 full days). No partial payments will be made.
