167805 Ongoing SEO - landscaping site

I recently completed building a trade directory website for a particular industry. Specific information will be provided by PMB. There are over 10,000 listing pages of tradesmen from the industry and related services. It uses a customised version of phpmydirectory directory script www.phpmydirectory.com. So lookifn for advice of how we can make the site more search engine friendly would be part of this project. In general I am looking for an experienced reliable seo'er to help with the promotion of this brand new site, someone who is experienced, trustworthy and a good communicator with 10 positive feedback on SL. Please include examples, of your work, and references along with referee contact details. If you have no feedback so far then id want to see some serious info outlining why i should choose you over an established scriptlancer. Im all for giving someone a break if they are new but like i said some indicaiton of experience. Your bid is on a 3 month contract to get the whole site (10,000+) pages indexed and then ranking for a range of keywords that we agree on prior to starting. You will have the 3 months to display some reasonable results for the keywords you find we hould be tagetting Imagine the work required would include the following Keyword research on page seo advice (I will apply your advice on the site) off page seo possibly some google adwords If the work is deemed successful then it will be an ongoing role... Prior to starting I expect a detailed plan for the 3 month period and what work will be carried out each week. Part of the deliverables each week will be a report of work carried out and and indexing/ranking on the major engines, as i said above i am lookign for a good coummunicator having been burnt outsorucing this type of work to people who start well then dont adhere to the agreed plan.
