purevolume messaging bot

i need a bot that will allow me to mass message people on pure volume i have a large list of bands that looks like this in an excel sheet | | | [login to view URL] | | [login to view URL] | | [login to view URL] | | [login to view URL] | i need to be able to use the bot to login to my purevolume account, and send messages to all or some of the bands ive collected, it needs to be automated, and i need to be able to set time delays and i need to be able to randomize that time delay for instance i set it to send a message ive typed up in the bot, and then i set it to a 60 second delay that will be random within 30% of that 60 seconds this can be done in any language preferably somehting that will run on any platform
