Facebook auto updater

We need application that make automatic updates at Facebook. We prefer it will be in Delphi, but it you can do it in any other language. We will need to agree on DB. Probably Access DB or text file that will contain the missions should be done, and the details of the mission. The application should do : 1. Read from DB users, check that these users are approved on Facebook (user& password are correct) and do like on specific 1 or more commerical pages on Facebook. 2. Do specific like to specific item on facebook (share/picture/movie). The db will have details about the like (link) and user details (user &password). 3. Upload photo to speicifc location on commerical page, and tag user/s on this picture. The DB will contain the link to the commerical page, and users information. 4. Publish share on user's wall with link to photo/ video on commerical page. The application should update on the DB if the missions were success or not. Some of the mission require that the application should have user&password details of the administartor of the page. These deatils should not be visible to users using this software (for example you can't use Peral where the code is not compiled and everyone can see it, including user's details)
