273463 Need Site Front Page redisgned

This is for a new site that I have files for, silver garden of southfield dot com is the site that will be cloned and changed on another location, the owner is adding a second location. He like his site for his other location so I need that site cloned on my server (easy part) then redesign the front page to represent the new location which will have a different them. It is by the water and boats so the new location will have a water/boat/marina type feel as oppose to the classic look in the original site. Most of the links will remain the same. I also want a different way for the snapshot section to be displayed no testimonial either. The site must also have get clicky and google anylitics and a site map added. (one of the few thing that need adding the rest just needs changing or [login to view URL] main part of the site in the top will remain the same except perhaps anchors will be the links heading again looking for a marine/waterfront setting. In conclusion- 1)Front page redesigned to change the look of the site that I have files for. Site info is above (Good Graphics designer) 2)I have the logo already for the site so no need for logo design 3)Site must be HTML No PHP 4)No testimonial on this site 5) Different and creative way to display the snapshot photo 6)There will be text changes on the links as well to represent the new location 7) Sitemap and Google anylitics and get clicky to be installed as well. I need someone who is a very good designer for the front page those with no designing capabilities please do not bid, I need this in 7 days will shown progress every day. I accept my bidders according the way they answer my specific needs not from some copy and paste resume that everyone tends to do.
