looking for Guaranteed AMERICAN members to my new website

I am launching a new website and I need some live members to my website before I start advertising. It is a International website. However what I'm looking for is American members. The concept of my site is people can make a free profile and list the things they like to do. Other members can view their profile and hire them to either teach them a skill or just to hang out. To join is free. However if they want to contact a member. They have to pay a monthly subscription fee. I will not have contact with anyone outside of freelancer . So dont contact me asking me to talk to you outside of freelancer. I will not send payments outside of freelancer so don't ask. Let me know the amount of American member you can produce daily/ weekly/monthly . Also how long it will take u to produce those number and your asking price. I WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY UP FRONT PAYMENT !
