Creat a Simple CRM system

This is a very straight forward system for individual sales reps to login to, have access to their own related work online that I (as administrator) give them i.e. 100 cases a week from a datalist, must be able to make a record of the call they have to the individual "file" to include date/time, and also needs to enable them to also email, and also receive email via the system and save emails again to specific file. An additional data field to log a clients insurance renewal date i srequired (this is the task the staff innitially have). I need to be able to see how they are getting on, and time spent online/working if possible.
