Convert PowerPoint to Google Docs

Convert an existing PowerPoint 21007 file into a Google Docspresentation. Current PowerPoint file is attached to this bid request. I have uploaded it to Google already, but found someformatting anomalies that need adjustment. These include text off-screen, textoutside text boxes etc. To see the minor problems - the raw upload to Google is: ? <[login to view URL]> I need the presentation fixed so it matches the original ??" [login to view URL] the stuff you should see is there, and presented in the way it should [login to view URL] need to be 100% exact, so long as the Google version looks ‘as good’ andprofessional as the original in terms of formatting and slide layout. Deliverable is EITHER to sign over the Google presentation to my account, OR send me a pptx that can be uploaded to Google with no formatting anomolies.
