CAD and interior designer Singapore

I need basically a interior designer with CAD and 3D Illustration skills, can work fast and has an eye for details. Work is basic plan and elevation drawing works, detailing in the drawings and such Maybe needed to fly with me to job sites in China (all travelling costs will be covered by client), thus the need to speak well in mandarin and read as well if possible
