* I need the files in 3D Max. I have building renders in jpeg but I want them redone in 3Ds Max, so the job is basically start from scratch. I do however only require approximately 6 changes to the renders, so 80% of the job is just to re-do the existing from png to 3Ds Max. The approximate six changes I have clear detail and pictures for: - Example 1. Remove the planter bed and change to 3 x large concrete pots and plants (product photo supplied for reference) Example 2. Add timber battens to the existing awning (product photo supplied for reference) Example 3. Change the existing render/existing photo signage to a vertical batten cut out design of 488. I have the building photos so you can see the changes to be made from existing photo or existing render. The quality of render I require is the same as the example I provide. Project is fixed price $50 AUD.

I can work the project with your budget but you just add one render and want 2 view render can you please explain the second render?
