Using Cloud principles and Google App Engine to create a plagiarism detection system -- 3

I am experienced with Google App Engine (although I dealt with its Datastore instead of Cloud SQL, but i'm very experienced with SQL). I wrote an App Engine in Java but I've worked on a project with Python and learned the basics and can pick advanced Python as I've programmed in many languages and am familar with many frameworks.
