Tracing the graph in Python

Create a graph tracing to1. The program should accept all .jpg and .png files up to 4000 x 4000 resolution and automatically resize it to fit the program display. 2. There should be 4 lines that we can slide (see example image). Two blue lines will slide left and right, two red lines to slide up and down. This will be used to set the beginning and ending X value in the following step. 3. There should be a total of 5 input boxes: beginning X value, ending X value, beginning Y value, end Y value and X-axis increment. 4. The program should be resizable or maximized to fit a 1920 x 1080 display. 5. The tracing tool should be a dot, and the program should automatically connect those dots. 6.
