Face Recognition, Name Update in database and text to speech

Hi, we are a team of 10 data scientists with a statistics background and with an average 5 years of experience. We joined Freelancer recently. We have done a good number of projects on object detection and segmentation projects using YOLOv3, ResNet and Faster R-CNN etc. We have experience in Big data tools (MongoDB, Cassandra, Spark, Scala) to create a database. Hello. I am a python expert with full stack experience for more than 3 years. I have implemented python engines such as object detection and tracking I am very familar with those libraries I can do it in 2~3 days. I hope your call.

I will directly get to the solution- 1. I will use an "embedding" for face recognition. It's a 128 dimension vector which is calculated using a DNN. 2. And now instead of storing whole image I will now only store the above embedding 3. This will give a very highly efficient database 4. If above solution won't give a nice accuracy then my second plan is to train a KNN algorithm 5. Using this we don't have to store all images also I am currently working on a similar POC project. I would love to discuss more about the project with you.

I am fairly comfortable with Python & R to support variety of Data science and Statistical Analysis tasks. Face recognition can be implemented using open cv and tts gtts libraries.
