Some history about my wife and I, I started as a standardbred horse trainer, worked on a farm most my young adult left following my father's footsteps. In my 30s I then transitioned into the HVAC industry, and in a short time started managing a HAVAC company, while also creating a successful niche small business. My wife, a dedicated partner, has bravely faced her personal battles, and her journey is a testament to resilience and inner strength. We know the value of hard work, but we're also aware of our limitations. Our backgrounds are humble; we don't have business education, and our journey into this new territory is driven by passion, a vision for helping others, and the willingness to learn.
Please keep this in mind when bidding. We recognize the constraints of our budget and the reality that we might not be able to hire for every position initially. Some roles may need to be blended or even learned and undertaken by us until we're financially equipped to expand the team. Flexibility and creativity in structuring our human resources will be key. If we have to Pay our project manager to much of our total budget during our first 3 months that would be a significant commitment for us at this point of our company. ROLE OF PROJECT MANAGER:
