Project Overview: We are in the exciting preparatory stages of launching a unique business that blends the thrill of winning with the spirit of philanthropy. Our model is designed not just as a commercial venture but as a community-focused initiative that prioritizes giving back. The compensation for this role is fixed and will be paid split into weekly payments. We appreciate your understanding. Our Journey: We're not wealthy individuals but passionate dreamers who have invested every available dollar to reach this point. As a startup, we've poured everything into making this dream a reality, and our financial resources are incredibly limited. The reality is, our credit cards are stretched near their limits, and there's little room for flexibility. We are Also not your traditional entrepreneurs. Our path has been paved with unique experiences, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to towrds this goal. Some history about my wife and I, I started as a standardbred horse trainer, worked on a farm most my young adult left following my father's footsteps. In my 30s I then transitioned into the HVAC industry, and in a short time started managing a HAVAC company, while also creating a successful niche small business. My wife, a dedicated partner, has bravely faced her personal battles, and her journey is a testament to resilience and inner strength. We know the value of hard work, but we're also aware of our limitations. Our backgrounds are humble; we don't have business education, and our journey into this new territory is driven by passion, a vision for helping others, and the willingness to learn. Please keep this in mind when bidding. We recognize the constraints of our budget and the reality that we might not be able to hire for every position initially. Some roles may need to be blended or even learned and undertaken by us until we're financially equipped to expand the team. Flexibility and creativity in structuring our human resources will be key. If we have to Pay our project manager to much of our total budget during our first 3 months that would be a significant commitment for us at this point of our company. We want to ensure it's a move that benefits all parties involved. ROLE OF PROJECT MANAGER: - Ensure team alignment and consistency in tasks. - Oversee and evaluate work on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. - Collaborate closely with my wife and I for visual and creative aspects. - Ensure team cohesion and consistency in understanding project goals and tasks. - Maintain rigorous oversight and evaluation of work on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis - Implement a structured review mechanism: - Implement a structured review mechanism: - Daily: Jointly oversee tasks and provide feedback. - Weekly: Conduct a thorough review of progress, adjusting strategies as necessary. - Monthly: Assess overall progress, successes, and areas needing improvement and make necessary adjustments. Our Expectations: - You should have a background in project management, particularly with startups or new ventures. Direct experience with North American business structures is a significant plus. You should have a proven track record of managing and executing complex projects, with the ability to foresee and address potential obstacles proactively. Unexpected challenges are part of the journey, and your ability to adapt and navigate through them is crucial. Being creative, out-of-the-box thinking for problem-solving is highly valued. - We're looking for a long-term collaboration. We're looking for a natural leader with a collaborative spirit. You should be skilled at inspiring a team, fostering open communication, and driving everyone toward common goals. Given the extensive amount of information and tasks, excellent organizational skills are a must. You should be adept at categorizing and structuring vast amounts of data into a coherent and accessible system. Language & Communication: Proficient English communication skills are essential. The upcoming month will be particularly intense, we will be on a tight schedule, with strict deadlines that are imperative to meet. The importance of regular communication, especially in these early stages will be a must. We're open to daily meetings to ensure alignment and clarity on all fronts. Having clear, open, and frequent communication is key for the success of a project like ours. Could you please outline how you envision our initial communications and the frequency of our meetings to ensure we're all on the same page and keep the momentum going? Based off your understanding of our company can you come up with the key roles and provide a description of the roles you chose. 3.2. Create a strategy for recruiting, including blended roles and efficiency measures. 3.3. Set a timeline for hiring and onboarding, considering the project's tight schedule. Effective Communication Setup (Within the first two weeks): 4.1. Propose and set up effective communication channels and regular check-ins. 4.2. Ensure understanding and agreement on expectations regarding responsiveness and updates. Team Hiring and Onboarding (By November 6th): 5.1. Coordinate the hiring process for essential roles. 5.2. Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring team members understand their roles and the project's background. Marketing and Outreach Plan (By November 10th): 6.1.
