I’m a novice project manager trainee that needs help to prepare two project outlines for the development of a fictitious mobile application using Microsoft Project 2013 or 2016. I need 2 project outlines. One project outline uses a waterfall model, another uses an agile method. Each outline must have a task list and a Gantt chart showing task durations and precedence relationships. Also, I need a 500-word brief explanation of how the two project outlines differ. The paper needs to discuss how the agile method addresses complexity and uncertainty.
