The tasks are primarily comprised of: - Managing my inbox and ensuring it is well-organized. - Taking charge of paying bills and ensuring they are paid promptly. - Creating project management spreadsheets and business analysis. In choosing the ideal candidate, experience in these areas is paramount. The ability to stay organized under pressure, outstanding time management skills, experience with email management software, and advanced knowledge in creating and handling Excel spreadsheets are prerequisites.
