The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of healthcare financial processes, revenue cycle workflows, and regulatory compliance. This individual will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the implementation of RCM projects, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal financial outcomes for healthcare organizations. Master’s degree preferred. - Extensive experience (10+ years) in healthcare revenue cycle management. - In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, reimbursement, and compliance. - Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful onboarding and implementation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Certification in healthcare revenue cycle management (e.g., HFMA) is a plus.
