I need a skilled software engineer to create a specialized project management software focused on Strata Management. As a Strata manager, specific features are crucial to improve our operations significantly. KEY FEATURES: - Client Portal: A feature allowing clients to log jobs and the committee to approve these jobs. Strata managers must also be able to establish work orders efficiently. - Progress Tracking: Permit clients and managers to monitor the progression of works and securely track their completion status. - Task Management: An incorporated feature in the software that enables detailed task management. - Document Storage: A robust document storage system for maintaining necessary files and data crucial to operations. - Communication Features: The system should not miss out on communication functions to facilitate dialogue between different users. Communication should text committee members when a job is ready for approval. - once committee has approved a job by majority a work order is issued to the selected contractor. This is to reduce email communication. - I want the task to be in kanban view and look similar to Monday. IDEAL CANDIDATE: An experienced software engineer with a knack for highly detailed and custom projects. A deeper knowledge of Strata management would grant an edge. Strong skills in developing client portals and project management software are a must.
