Newly launched Hyper Local Delivery services cash management is a mess. Generally, cash is transferred two ways daily between city office, multiple branch offices and delivery boys. This is adding operational complexity and also hitting Customer experience. Device a solution to this issue and prepare a detailed deck which covers all personas and use cases. Define a MVP and tell what the success metrics are going to be like. Define the UI & UX for MVP along with API orchestration represented through sequence diagrams. Prioritize them and give a phase wise delivery model.

How your business works, does the delivery boy has to buy the requested products/items and then deliver it to customer, in that case you don't hold up any inventory. 2. Do you have fix set of local stores from where the delivery guys can buy 3. In this proposal are you looking for business solution or you also need the fully functional app. As I can only provide business solution.
