Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed using PHP. Thank you for your message. The program is called Plandroid. You can view it at plandroid.com. It's a HVAC drag and drop program to design air conditioners. It allows the user to design ducted systems only. I want to customise to allow design for other types of air conditioning too. It creates a stock list from parts used in the design and I would like to have a criteria with the admin panel allowing me choose the suppliers the stock list is generated from or to use best price only. It allows you to generate a quote from the price list but I want to modify the quote to chose to include the stock list or free text a summary. I also want to be able to set the markup to be automatically added to the price. And an option to add delivery charge and gst. I want to add further components- Auto create Job # Auto create purchase orders Dashboard Reports Upload supplier stock lists and prices and amend when needed
