Write some Software

Develop a function / method in c# which can be called by providing either a single IPAddress or a range of IPAddress. It should (a) Determine whether the IPAddress can be pinged or not (b) If the host/IPAddress is reachable - get the hostname if available - get the type of machine it is (such as router, printer, switch, computer, Network Camera, Multimedia Server, Mobile Device etc etc) - other details of the host such as model and manufacturer if possible (c) Should be able to scan 255 addresses in under 30 seconds (d) to the extent possible use standard libraries (e) not require any specific credentials etc (f) should work on .NET4.5 or above (g) code should be well documented Will run the code for testing in the local network with few machines, printers and mobile devices from Visual Studio. Acceptance of work will be based on that.
