I need a simple method to convert two sets of coordinates 1) LSD to Lat Lng and vise versa. 2) NTS BC to Lat Lng and visa versa This MUST be code I can run on my own server without using another server as a dependency. It needs to run in java EG: Convert 14-32-034-28W3 to 51.966995° -109.941642°

On the project description it says that the application needs to be in Java, but the skills required section lists PHP. Can you clarify which programming language this project must be implemented in? I am a capable Java developer, but lack experience in PHP. If the required language for this project is Java then I am able to complete it.
