Write some SoftPhone/Tablet Barcode Capture Application – from IOS/Android/Windows Phone.ware

What I need is a Phone/Tablet application that would capture standard barcodes using the camera. Included in this project is a simple Menu that is the main screen of the app. 1) Barcode Capture Continues – This will continue capturing the barcodes from the camera and save them to a CSV (comma separated file on the phone) – If there is a CSV file available with the matching description it should use this Description also. A typical CSV file will have the following: - barcode | Description |Quantity. There must be an exit button on the continues scan – when pressed it will stop the scanning and store the scanned items to the CSV file prompting for a name of the file – If the file exist it must ask to overwrite or append (add more) to the file. 2) View/Edit Captured barcodes – This will bring down a list where any field could be edited and the list re-stored. 3) Barcode Capture with Quantity – This will be like 1) but after each scan a quantity will have to be inserted. 4) Download Captured Barcodes to FTP – This will take the stored CSV file (if it exists) and download it to an FTP site (setup in the FTP Settings) 5) Upload Barcode Description file from FTP – This is a CSV file that if existing on the FTP site it will be uploaded and used to match the barcode and provide the Description for the CSV file. This CSV file will only have two fields (Barcode & Description of product) 6) FTP Settings – This is where the user will insert his ftp site and password 7) Get Description from web site – IF this is ticked the app must not use the CSV description file but go to the web and search for the barcode once the barcode is found it must provide the description of the product. You can use any language to write the code in for this app; as long as it will work on all phone/tablets that are using IOS/Android or windows phones. The application must be ready for store availability and must be commented well so that any programmer could do changes to its functionality. We give the best reviews . . .
