I have a custom (minimal) Wordpress theme, with front-end CSS changes I've made through a plugin called "YellowPencil", which are saved outside of the theme itself. I would like to take these added changes (CSS code), and add them into the theme files with the intention of ultimately removing the plugin. overall goal: * streamline code * code customizations have been made using a frontend plugin “YellowPencil”. id like to absorb these edits into the theme’s code. * consolidate edits * certain edits are page specific - can we make these drop down options as page styles? * reduce plugins * is there a way to incorporate the functions of calendar, tablepress plugins with the goal in mind to remove. * additional css and style edits * as detailed below Will share the site's URL in DMs. - about page: splash image edge to edge like on posts page password protected page: mirror YellowPencil edits move box underneath text invisible borders, invisible box just text when typed black square rectangular box for submit button tablepress: mirror YellowPencil edits single post page: 2 styles: ‘photos’. & ‘blog posts’ separate photo gallery from blog posts. currently, the posts are set up as image posts - id like to keep these, but separate into ‘photos’ & ‘blog posts’. ‘photos’ style photos would display just as they do now in ‘journal’ by selecting the ‘photos’ page style as a saved drop down option to display posts. ‘blog posts’ style large header text size 32pt to standout selected by ‘blog’ posts page style as a saved drop down option to display posts. featured / splash image currently, the top image is taken from the “featured image” section. create option to have a top / banner image for posts, and a separate “featured” image for web previews. viewing 10+ posts 2 styles selectable by ‘photos’ & ‘blog’ posts option to exclude posts using tags on primary viewing pages, to exclude certain posts ie: ‘blog posts’ from ‘photos’, etc. display a calendar without a plug-in (possible?) full post image bleed
