Wordpress plugin for comment-to-email and email-to-comment

Hello, freelancers! I want a plugin to make wordpress something like a Forum. By sending an email to some email address (that will be used only for this purpose), if title is different from other posts (or some other type of diference we can talk about) it will create a new post entry, and alert all website subscribed users. By replying to that email, it adds a comment to the post, also notifying everyone again. If some anonimous user or someone dont have a login posts a comment, still everyone is alerted. And as adding a comment requires an email, all replies will go to that user too. But, as he is not an user, new posts will not go to him. These emails to be sent should be just like a simple email: allow rich text elements, each post with its own title (ignore 'Re:' on subject in order to keep them grouped on same message on the blog interface), allow images (we can discuss how we can make it possible). There is an example of wordpress plugin named Postmatic that do something like that, but it is not that good... Subject is not editable, it have a huge amount of poor and useless html on email template, and it is not good on allowing rich text formating. But you can use it to have an idea of how it should work. Let me know your thoughts on how you imagine building it, and also if there is anything you might imagine would be cool that I might have forgoten.
