I have a wordpress plugin which is working fine on LAMP setup with php5 but now I am upgrading my server to LEMP with php7 & wordpress 5x. So this plugin is having permalink issue as the plugin is written for apache server. Plugin is link monetisation plugin. It basically finds a link in post/page then onclick opens a new page where link is available with ads. On my nginx server when link is clicked the new page shows 404 error when custom permalink is selected from wordpress setting. But works when plain permalink is selected but doesn't show up the download link. Also add option to look for only links with custom class or ID.
