WHMCS License Addon Installation

SECOND TIME THIS HAS BEEN POSTED DUE TO INCOMPETENT PROGRAMMER WHO BIDDED ON LAST PROJECT COULDNT DO IT I need someone to set up WHMCS license the so called programmer who set it up in WHMCS did it wrong according to WHMCS support staff as its not producing the license correctly I then need someone to add the code to a file on our website to get the license working.
