Tournement register module and backend component

I have a website (Joomla) and need to develop tournement register form to be displayed on home page, User can select different tournements from a list. After selecting tournements register form shows up on the right side. User fill out register form and click payment button. User is redirected to payment site to finish payment. After payment user is redirected back to home page with thank you message. That is needed: 1. Module to be placed on home page with tournement register (list of tournements and register form). Please don't add any fansy css style sheet just have this simple and clean to start with. 2. Backend component to add new tournements, edit tournements, delete tournements and change status of tournements (publish, unpublish, etc) 3. Backend component to show tournement register informations, add, edit and delete should be possible from the backend. Status (publish = payment received, unpublish = no payment or cancelled as an example) 4. From the backend should be possible to see how many have register for each tournement and export to Excel document 5. Connect to payment gateway site, information how to connect will be give later in the process because we are at the moment select which Icelandic payment we will use. Both have simuliar structur to connect. 6. Project delivered as zip file. Should be possible to install from Extension manager. System requerments Joomla 3.8.0 JA Builder from Joomlart template Database table structur: one table for tournements and other for register information Joomla module and backend components should have the same look and feel as other modules / components which are built-in Joomla. PHP version on server 5.6.31 but should be comatible with 7.x PHP. We have development site to test the final project zip file for install and functionality.
