Teaching Php in the shortest possible time

Kindly read my below message carefully and do not make haste to simply bid on this project just to be the first one. Once you read the project carefully then answer my simple question in the message you send to me, What is the most surprising thing about this job? Here goes the job details: I have a client who is interested in learning Php in such a way that she should be able to easily customize open source codes to get the results she wants. What qualities you should have: 1) You should be knowing Php practically well. 2) You should be smart in customizing open sources using Php(please don't bid if you are not confident of customizing open sources using Php which the client wishes to study and asks you to teach her) 3) You should be able to teach her complete hard coding in Php in just about the first 25 hours as she is already customizing many open sources using forums and blogs and has about 10,000 hours of open source and web development exposure though not attending any classes but she directly worked on customer requirements and executed and delivered it to their satisfaction. This is an on going job for 4 to 6 months and the clients budget is USD2 per hour and will need at-least 100 hours per month of training/support. Regards
