Small PHP Database Project

Hiya! I have what should be a relatively small PHP project. Unfortunately, the only language I have any familiarity with is HTML, so I can't really explain what exact functions I need... but hopefully I can explain/describe the project itself well enough so that anyone who knows PHP will know what I'm talking about. A small group of my friends and I play an online roleplaying game (Star Wars Galaxies). You have to collect resources in the game in order to make items (pretty straightforward). There are also big machines called harvesters that you can buy and place in-game, and they will automatically collect resources for you, even if you aren't logged into the game. Each harvester uses one "lot", and each character has ten "lots" available. However, my friends and I are always losing track of where we put our harvesters and which character has which harvester type, who is harvesting what resource, etc. etc. What we need is a database that we can access and edit with some information on it. Basically we would need a place to enter in 7 pieces of information: our character name, our real name, the type of harvester, what resource the harvester is harvesting, the resource percentage, planet, and location. The character name, player name, resource name, and resource location would be text-entry boxes. The harvester type, resource percentage, and planet would be drop-down menus. (I will supply the information for all of the things we would need listed in the drop-down boxes). I've drawn up a sketch of how I would like the finished project to look, although this is just a general idea, and it doesn't have to be exact. I have attached the image. The top part of the illustration is how I envision the "data entry" part to be; the bottom part of the illustration is how I envision the "database display" part to be (what the other players would see when they looked my character up in the database). Again, I'm not sure if I'm asking too much, or if this is a more complicated process than I realize. There are only about eight of us playing, and it's doubtful that there would be more than ten entries in the database total. Thank you for your consideration.
