Shipping price per product and Country/Zone

For a heavenly modified oscommerce web shop that is selling all products INCLUDING shipping fee (price displaying on product info page is total price including shipping)we need a shipping module or a solution so that if customer buy 2 or more of a product they pay a fixed/set shipping cost x product cost. For each delivery county or shipping zone we of course need to duplicate the module so that price is adjusted. If you can not start working immediately AND deliver a 100% finished solution this week, please do not bid. Web shop is due to go live next week.
