Security(Cryptography) Project Using PHP, AES, ECC and MySql

have a small and simple work for you, basically its a Academic project, the idea is I need a secured system on Wireless Body Area Network. Please see the following video, I am looking for a replica in PHP [login to view URL] Here they are using some encryption technique to encrypt the datas, But I would like you to use AES encryption and decryption method and ECC encryption and decryption method, I have the php script for AES. You can see in the video, a Key is generated and that key is used to decrypt the data on Doctors End. In our project I need two key authentication system. One key that is doctor's public key(a long text near about 15000 charecters) will be stored to database during registration of doctor, that key will be sent to patient during the request for data from doctor to patient, On patient end that key will be authenticated, if authentication is successful then patient will collect health data from text files and encrypt it will send to doctor along with patient private key(a long text near about 15000 charecters) as well as the key of security technique(Aes or Ecc), on the doctor end that received patient public key will be authenticated, if authentication is done then the health data will be decrypted to plain readble text with the AES decryption key. VERY URGENT, NEED TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN 48 HOURS, ONLY SERIOUS PERSONS PLACE YOUR BID You need to make three system, in first system you will use AES and another system you will use ECC and for the third one there will be no security technique, doctor will receive plain text directly without any authentication technique For this whole process you need to compute the end to end delay, that is the total time required to get health data from from patient to doctor, the timer will start when the doctor selects the patient and request for the data and the timer will be stopped when the health data is received to doctor and decrypted to plain text. The computed time will be used as experimental result, please go through the video so you can understand the whole process.
