Resolve Unlimited Quota Issue in Cpanel/WHM CentOS linux

I have installed Cpanel/WHM panel in a CentOS server bought from Digital Ocean. Now the userquota system is not working. Even though I have created Hosting package/Quota of 3GB or 3072MB, it still shows "Unlimited" in quota column. I want someone who already had experienced of solving the similar kind of issue. P.S: If you have to try with hit and trial method then you are not required to bid on this project as I can also do the same. Experienced one may be able to fix the issue in 30 min to 1 hr. I will reward the project in the next 1 hr and to be solved by today itself.
