Trading view indicator/strategy

Want to trade on nse index charts via trading view indicator/strategy. When indicator is applied to the chart it should ask to plot two horizontal price levels. I mark two horizontal lines as per my analysis. These two lines are upper and lower levels. If price cross above the upper level. Buy. SL : if any candle close below entry candle. If entry candle is greater than say x pts then SL will be x/2. Or in percent of entry [login to view URL] SL closing below/above the entry candle is must Target: T=100 points from entry candle close. Book 50%(or qty specified Q 1) at T. If price retraces back more than x% say 50%. Then book all the lots. Retracement should be calculated from level A or B to the point T. (Here we booked our 50%qty). If price moves 200 points more from T. Call this point T2.  Then calculate Retracement from T2  to T. If Retracement is more than specified% then book all the lots. Else look for T3. If price moves 200 points more from T2. Then this point is T3. If price retraces more than specified %. Book all the lots or continue like this to identify new T4,T5,...Tn at every 200 points and modify retracement levels between each consecutive level. If loss is more than rs. X. Cut the position. X is a user input.  Cut the position if loss reaches rs. X or price hits SL. Whichever comes first. Enter only when price close above the input levels given on the spot chart. Inputs:  1)level A and level B (prices) on index chart 2)strike price ATM,ITM,OTM 3)SL for both types of entries 4)Loss limit X. If PL hits X exit all trades. 5) Retracement percentage. 6) should work on all tf. More inputs can be discussed. Please note that all entries are based on index spot chart not on options chart.
