PHP programmer needed

I'm looking for someone to rewrite two php files. Flash file (authenticated by cookie) is communicating with php script (14-15 pages) send/receive data, read/write in mysql - more or less that's all. I want: 1. remove the mysql queries, replace them with static vars. At this point all should be working without the database and will be possible to alter the response to see the outcome. 2. modify the file to insert one function and work on my database (it is compatible).
