PHP Nuke Module 1

Hello Bidders Design a module for the latest version of PHP-Nuke. Unique features include an automated/scheduled pull of RSS new feeds for admin review and posting. Site visitors and members will comment of the headlines and have multiple views of the data. A second unique feature is a voting function for the headlines that restricts voting per headline to one per IP address. See the attached project overview for more info and contact info.
