Photo Social Network Script

I need a script with the features listed below and with few months of support to bug fixes. It is basically a stripped version of most social network scripts out there. The closest to this is [login to view URL]'s dolphin but dolphin 6 has too many features that I do not need. I'll probably add few more minor features (I know fair amount of php so I know what is minor).
