Need Prestashop module to bypass native carriers-zones management

Hello I need a module to bypass native PS zones for some carriers. FOR EACH CARRIER, I need the possibility to use : - Either the native PS zones system (no change), - Or a customized dedicated list of zones (so each carrier can have its own list of dedicated zones). Then I must be able to assign each country to one of the customized zones of each carrier. Then, I need the ability to set up shipping prices by weight/price ranges for each customized zone (just like the normal native PS system). But the carrier must remain compatible with the "Tax" and "Out-of-range behaviour" options of the original "Shipping locations and cost" tab from the carrier settings. In FO, the price displayed to the user for this carrier (in cart, checkout page etc.) will be the one defined in the carrier's customized zones list. The module must be multi-shop compatible. You must provide fully debugged module, with nice looking pages and menus in BO (customized module doesn't mean ugly). Must work with Prestashop 1.6.1.x and 1.7.
