I need to localize this webpage to make new changes

please apply if you are an expert in html/php/javascript/etc I have two pages i'd like to be taken from the web and localized so i can make changes to them and use later. this should be an easy job for a person with decent knowledge in code, particularly html/php/javascript/css/etc. I'd also like them to be as simple as possible, essentially one page plus .css files of course. They also look great on mobile already, so I'd like to preserve that also. I'd like all tracking/cookies/pixel/etc removed also... and no mention of the domain i'll need them to be working locally and not pulling information from anywhere else... all elements including the video should be local and the code to be cleaned up. I'll be adding some specific changes to the finished product myself, so i would like it to be as clean as possible.
