Multi-language laravel backend

Hello I need a Laravel backend and fronted with no views *** There is no need for theme and layout design for fronted BUT Backend & administration should be designed *** It must be multi-language in any section Here is the list of requirements : 1 - Lists and entries ( Ability to define unlimited lists and each list has entries ) 2 - Different parameters for each list ( Coordination ( draggable on google map) , address ... ) with ability to define custom parameters for each list 4 - a main image for an entry & multiple additional photos 5 - Galleries ( Photo & videos) and Albums & Tags 5 - Slideshows 6 - Users and ACL ( Visitor - Manager - Superadmin ) with ability to design custom permissions 7 - Files & Downloads with categories 8 - Contents ( A list of contents with a main image + a cover image and wysiwyg editor + Title ) with ability to place in any part of the view with ease ( something like cell in cakephp ) 9 - Fetch live weather & Tide information form a weather station ( Weatherunder Ground) and submit to the view 10 - Search and find 11 - News & events 12 - Automatic language detection based on user browser language and if there is no matched language fallback to default Thank you
